1. Faulty or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or defective (e.g., damaged or leaked perfume/attar bottles, non-working perfume sprays, broken caps/bottles). 2. Incorrect Products: If the product you receive is different from what you ordered. 3. Mismatched Appearance: If the product appears different from its representation on our website or Instagram page. 4. Size Discrepancies: If the product delivered is not the size you ordered (e.g., 100ml instead of 60ml).
Note: For any return or refund requests related to faulty delivery (e.g., stolen product from the package, damaged product, empty package), you must provide an unboxing video of the package. Without this video, we cannot process your complaint.
Non-Returnable Products:
1. Used or Worn Items: Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.
Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned once delivered, except for broken items.
2. Damages Due to Improper Use: Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy. Additionally, any issues arising from specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient are not covered. It is advised to perform.
3. You are eligible to return your products within the period of 3 days after receiving your product The return shall be subject to acceptance by the customer care executive after review of videos patch tests as recommended with each product.
4. If your claim is valid and is accepted by the customer care team ; then you shall receive your refund in 10-14 working days.
